Breezy Wrld Collective – Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be unworn and unused
• Have original tags attached
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are AED 20 flat rate, paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. All items are returnable — there are no final sale items.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue and cover return shipping for approved cases.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Worn or used items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — standard return policy applies.
